Welcome to Way Safar Tour & Travel By accessing or using our car rental and travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Eligibility

The deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection, provided no damage, delay, or violation has occurred.

4. Vehicle Usage

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes and within the permitted geographical limits.

Smoking, carrying illegal goods, or using the vehicle for racing or towing is strictly prohibited.

The renter is responsible for traffic fines, tolls, parking fees, and penalties during the rental period.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles will be provided with fuel as per company policy (Full-to-Full / As-Is Basis).

Customers must return the vehicle with the agreed fuel level, failing which refueling charges may apply.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] before the trip may be eligible for a partial/full refund.

No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Prices, terms, and services may be updated anytime without prior notice.

9. Termination of Agreement

The agreement will be terminated if the renter breaches any terms.

In such cases, the company may reclaim the vehicle immediately without refund.

10. Governing Law
